Frequently asked questions

We’ve gathered the most common questions about Inperia, organized by topic. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is one message away.

General

What Inperia is and who it’s for.

Inperia is an all-in-one platform to run your church: members, leadership hierarchy, permissions, contacts and church networks, all from one place and in your language. It’s built especially for churches around the world.

Churches of every denomination and size: from a local congregation just getting organized to networks with dozens of campuses and denominational oversight. We don’t impose a structure — you configure it to fit you.

No. Inperia runs in the cloud from your browser, on desktop, tablet or phone. You sign up, your parent church is created automatically, and you start using it in minutes.

Create your free account, pick a hierarchy and tags template (or build your own), invite your team by email, and start adding or importing members. A guided wizard walks you through each step.

Yes. Import from Excel or CSV with a downloadable template, duplicate detection and a final report of what was loaded — so you migrate your current spreadsheets without starting from scratch.

Pricing & plans

How much it costs and how billing works.

Yes. The Community plan is free forever and includes one church, up to 250 members, leadership hierarchy and basic roles. No credit card required to start.

Both. Paying yearly gets you the equivalent of two months free compared to the monthly price. You can switch billing cycles anytime.

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) for reference. Charges are processed in your local currency and taxes are calculated for your country at checkout.

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, with prorated billing, and your data and settings stay intact. You can also cancel with no penalties.

A member is each person recorded in your church’s member directory. Contacts in follow-up are counted separately, and team users with access don’t use up your member quota.

Data & security

How we protect your church’s information.

Yes. Every account is independent, so no church can ever see another’s data. We add soft deletes and an audit log of sensitive actions.

Inperia is designed following personal-data protection best practices, with separate data per account, soft deletes and an audit log.

Only whoever you authorize. Sensitive fields like phone, ID or financial data are protected and shown only to roles with explicit permission to view them. The rest of the team doesn’t even see them.

Never without your consent. If you need support and approve access, our team enters with a temporary, audited permission that you can revoke at any time.

Your data is yours. You can export members and records to Excel or CSV whenever you want, before or when you cancel. Soft deletes let you recover information for a period before it’s permanently removed.

Multi-church & linkages

How to manage several churches and coverage networks.

Yes. Each account has a parent church and as many child churches as you need, with no system limit. Each church is operationally independent — its own hierarchy, roles and members — and it’s all covered by a single subscription.

A child church is part of your own account and you manage it directly. A linkage connects churches across different accounts — for example, in a network or denomination — with read-only access for coverage and oversight, without taking control of the other account.

It’s a role built for oversight: it lets a church or authority from another account view information from linked churches in read-only mode, with no ability to edit or manage. Ideal for denominational coverage.

Yes. Each church defines its own roles, positions and visibility scopes. A campus leader sees and manages their own campus, with no access to the others unless you explicitly grant it.

With a church switcher that’s always handy and remembers your last choice. Move from the parent church to any child campus in one click, without losing context.

Languages & support

Which languages it works in and how we help.

In Spanish, Portuguese and English, natively across the whole platform: interface, emails and messages. It’s not a partial translation — every language is polished end to end.

Yes. Language is chosen per user, so within one team everyone can use Inperia in the language they prefer, without affecting anyone else.

By email on every plan, and with priority support on the Network plan. If needed, you can grant us temporary, audited access to your account to help you faster.

Yes. You can count on our onboarding help to see Inperia applied to your case — local church, network or denomination — and clear up your questions before you start.

Continuously. Updates and new modules land in your account at no extra cost and with nothing required on your end.
