COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser to recognise you on later visits or remember a preference. The same name covers equivalent technologies here, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage) and tracking pixels.

This Policy complements clause TENTH of the Privacy Policy, which states that technologies that are not strictly necessary are not used until you have given your consent.

They belong to INPERIA, identify no one to third parties, and the Website needs them to work or to remember a decision you made:

• inperia_consent — stores whether you accepted or rejected marketing technologies, so we do not ask again. Cookie. Duration: 180 days.
• inperia_ref — keeps the code of the person who shared an invitation link with you, so the referral programme recognises it if you sign up. Cookie. Duration: 90 days. Only created if you arrive through an invitation link.
• theme — remembers whether you prefer the light theme, the dark one or the system setting. Local storage. Duration: until you clear it.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. It runs inside a Cloudflare frame and sets no cookies on inperia.app.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the reach of our Facebook and Instagram campaigns: how many people reach the Website from an ad and what they do next (for example, visiting the pricing page or sending the contact form). It also lets Meta show our ads to people who have already visited the Website, or to people with similar interests. The pixel is not loaded until you accept it in the cookie notice, and we do not send it your name, your email or any other data that identifies you.

When you accept it, Meta Platforms sets these cookies on inperia.app:

• _fbp — identifies your browser to attribute visits to campaigns. Duration: 90 days.
• _fbc — stores the identifier of the ad that brought you here. Duration: 90 days. Only created if you arrive from a Meta ad.

Meta processes that data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and its Cookies Policy.

To understand the Website's traffic we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies or browser storage and does not identify visitors; that is why it requires no consent.

The video on the “How it works” page is loaded only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain. Until then, YouTube is not contacted and none of its cookies are set.

On your first visit, a notice lets you accept or reject marketing technologies; both options carry the same weight and the Website works the same either way. Your choice is stored in the inperia_consent cookie for 180 days; after that, or if this Policy changes, we will ask you again.

You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. If you withdraw consent, the pixel stops sending data and Meta's cookies are removed from your browser.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that deleting inperia_consent will make the notice appear again.

The controller of the data collected through these technologies is the one identified in the Privacy Policy, which also describes your rights and how to exercise them.

This Policy may be updated when the technologies the Website uses change. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
