How your church grows, month by month

Attendance, who arrives and stays, care and cell groups, all in one place. With the year’s goals and each month’s summary, ready to print.

The Attendance tab of Reports: the year’s goals, the weekly average against the previous period and attendance over time

What happens in your church, in numbers

Choose 3, 6 or 12 months: the weekly average is compared with the previous period and with the same period a year ago.

Attendance

The weekly average, different people, first time and each kind of meeting.

Consolidation

Of those who arrive: how many come back, how many get a follow-up and how many become members.

Care and leaders

Follow-ups, who came back after Care and how each leader is doing.

Cell groups

How many meet, which are ready to multiply and which need support.

Network

The figures for each church in your network, in one table. Counts only, never names.

The year’s goals

The weekly average, new people and cell groups your church sets out to reach.

How many come, week by week

Attendance over time, by week or by month, and by kind of meeting: the service, the youth, the cell groups. With the quick count of adults, children and visitors at each meeting.

  • Weekly average, different people and first time
  • The weekly average, against the previous period and the same one a year ago
  • Only what was marked counts: unmarked is not an absence
  • Each person’s attendance, exported to Excel or CSV

The people who arrive: do they stay?

For everyone who came for the first time, how far they got: whether they came back another day, whether someone reached out within their first 72 hours, whether they joined a cell group and whether they are a member yet. Month by month, to see which welcome works.

  • The path of newcomers, from first visit to member
  • How many are still coming after 30 and 90 days
  • The contacts who became members in the period

The month, on one page

Every month, the summary of the month before is ready to read or print: attendance, the people who arrived, how people were cared for, the cell groups and the year’s goals. The bell tells you when it is ready, on the day and at the time your church chooses.

  • The weekly average, against the month before and the same month last year
  • Ready to print, or to save as a PDF from your browser
  • The year’s goals and how far there is to go

Your network, in a single table

If your church has child churches or churches under its coverage, the Network tab adds up their figures and shows one row per church: active members, weekly average, new people and active cell groups.

  • Counts only: nobody is ever named
  • Child churches and the churches yours covers
  • Visible to the church’s owner

About reports

How your church is doing over time: attendance by week and by kind of meeting, what happens to those who arrive, how they’re looked after, how the cell groups are doing and, if you have a network, the figures for each church.

No. Each person sees what’s within their scope: a leader, their branch. Seeing the reports requires the View reports permission, which the Pastor and Leader roles have by default.

Yes. The summary puts a month on one page: attendance against the previous month and the same month last year, those who arrive, care, follow-ups and cell groups. You can print it or save it as a PDF, and a notice tells you when it’s ready.

Yes. From the Attendance tab, you export one row per person for the period to Excel or CSV: the first and last time they came, the weeks they attended and their absences in a row.

Reports starts at the Growth Plan. On the Starter Plan you see the screen with a lock and a preview, and each person’s attendance and each meeting’s comparison stay free.

Only counts for each church in your network: active members, weekly average, new people and active cell groups. Nobody is ever named.
