Frequently asked questions
We’ve gathered the most common questions about Inperia, organized by topic. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Our team is one message away.
General
What Inperia is and who it’s for.
Inperia is an all-in-one platform to run your church: members, Growth Ladder, permissions, contacts and church networks, all from one place and in your language. It’s built especially for churches around the world.
The Growth Ladder is Inperia’s configurable leadership structure: you define your own rungs and their names (Pastor, Leader, Disciple…) and move people between them with promotions or demotions, either direct or by approval.
Churches of every denomination and size: from a local congregation just getting organized to networks with dozens of churches and denominational oversight. We don’t impose a structure — you configure it to fit you.
No. Inperia runs in the cloud from your browser, on desktop, tablet or phone. You sign up, your church is created with its own account, and you start using it in minutes.
Create your free account and a guided wizard sets your church up. You start with roles, the Growth Ladder and tags ready to tune; then invite your team by email and add or import your members.
Yes. Import from Excel or CSV with a downloadable template, duplicate detection and a final report of what was loaded — so you migrate your current spreadsheets without starting from scratch.
Pricing & plans
How much it costs and how billing works.
Yes. There is a free-forever plan with the essentials: members, Growth Ladder and access roles. No credit card required to start. Per-plan limits are on the pricing page.
Both. Paying yearly gets you the equivalent of two months free compared to the monthly price. You can switch billing cycles anytime.
Yes. They are on the pricing page, with what each plan includes and its limits. In Argentina you will see them in Argentine pesos; everywhere else, in US dollars.
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and your data, members and settings stay intact. You can also cancel with no penalties.
A member is each person recorded in your church’s member directory, whether or not they have signed in to the app. Contacts in follow-up are counted separately, and child or covered churches count against their own plan, not yours.
Data & security
How we protect your church’s information.
Yes. Every church is an independent account, so none can ever see another’s data unless both accepted a relationship. We add soft deletes and an audit log of sensitive actions.
Inperia is designed following personal-data protection best practices, with separate data per church, soft deletes and an audit log.
Only whoever you authorize. Sensitive fields like phone, ID or financial data are protected and shown only to roles with explicit permission to view them. The rest of the team doesn’t even see them.
Never without your consent. If you need support and approve access, our team enters with a temporary, audited permission that you can revoke at any time.
Your data is yours. You can export members and records to Excel or CSV whenever you want, before or when you cancel. Soft deletes let you recover information for a period before it’s permanently removed.
Multi-church & coverage
How to manage several churches and coverage networks.
Yes — though each church is its own account, with its own plan and its own owners: there is no parent account holding the others. Once another church accepts becoming your child church, it appears in your church switcher and you administer it from there.
Both connect churches across different accounts, and both require the other church to accept. With a child church you administer: its members, its structure and its settings. With coverage you accompany: the covered church requests it and chooses how much it grants you — read-only or full access — and can change that whenever it wants. It is built for networks and denominational oversight. Neither one shares billing.
You identify the church by its official email or by one of its owners’ emails, and we send it an email verification. The relationship stays pending until it confirms, and either side can end it later, effective immediately.
Yes, with a delegated access. You pick a member of your church, the churches they will reach and a level that never exceeds your own. If the relationship ends or the person stops being active, the delegation falls away on its own.
Yes. Each church defines its own rungs, roles and visibility scopes. A leader sees and manages their own branch, with no access to the others unless you explicitly grant it.
With a church switcher that’s always handy. Move from your church to any church you reach in one click, without losing context; when you sign in again you always start in your own church.
Languages & support
Which languages it works in and how we help.
In Spanish, Portuguese, English and French, natively across the whole platform: interface, emails and messages. It’s not a partial translation — every language is polished end to end.
Yes. Language is chosen per user, so within one team everyone can use Inperia in the language they prefer, without affecting anyone else.
From the Growth plan you open tickets inside the platform itself and follow the conversation right there. On the Starter plan you reach us by email or through the contact form on this site. If needed, you can grant us temporary, audited access to your account to help you faster.
Yes. You can count on our onboarding help to see Inperia applied to your case — local church, network or denomination — and clear up your questions before you start.
Continuously. Updates and new modules land in your account at no extra cost and with nothing required on your end.
