One platform, many churches

Whether you’re getting organized on your own or coordinating a network of dozens of churches, Inperia adapts to your structure. These are the scenarios we see most — and how we solve them.

Get your church organized once and for all

Swap scattered spreadsheets and chat groups for a single platform. Add your whole congregation, model your leadership and follow up with every person — from first contact to full integration.

  • A full profile for each member, with families and history
  • Import your current data from Excel or CSV in minutes
  • Visual Growth Ladder with promotions and demotions
  • Contacts and visitors with conversion to member, no duplicates

Your church and its child churches, without mixing accounts

Each child church signs up on its own and confirms by email that it wants the relationship. From then on you administer it from your own church switcher: its members, its structure and its settings — while it keeps its own plan and its own owners.

  • Every church is an account with its own plan and its own owners
  • The child church confirms by email before you administer anything
  • Church switcher always handy, without losing context
  • Settings, members, roles and modules of their own in every church

Oversee your coverage without overriding their autonomy

Coverage connects churches across different accounts for networks and denominations. The church that wants to be covered requests it and picks the level it grants — read-only or full access; once you accept, you reach it from the church switcher without taking control of the account, and it can change that level or end the coverage whenever it wants.

  • Coverage between churches across different accounts, always by consent
  • The covered church is in charge: it picks the level, changes it and ends the coverage at will
  • Delegate that access to a regional leader or an analysis team
  • Audit log and data protection

Each leader owns their branch

The permission engine combines roles, hierarchy and context. Each leader manages only their branch of the tree: they see their people, record their follow-up, and nothing more. What isn’t theirs doesn’t even appear.

  • Action permissions + visibility scope per leader
  • Protected sensitive fields (phone, ID, finances…)
  • One or more roles per person, additive
  • The interface adapts itself to everyone’s role

A foundation that grows with your church

From a local congregation to a denominational network, without switching platforms.
