Your church’s attendance, one tap away
Take attendance from your phone, add visitors with a QR code and see each person’s attendance over time. On every plan, including the free one.
A list built for Sunday
What you need to take attendance fast, and to make every mark help you care for someone.
Meeting types
Service, prayer, youth: your church decides which meetings count and which don’t, like a rehearsal.
Mark absent
Once you’ve marked who came, the members still unmarked are marked absent in one go.
How each person has been coming
Next to the name: first time, weeks away or absences in a row.
Quick count
Adults, children and visitors, when nobody can keep up with writing everyone down.
Visitors' QR
Visitors register themselves from their phone and are marked present.
Against earlier ones
Each meeting, compared with the average of recent meetings of the same type.
One tap per person, and every mark is saved instantly
The list is designed to be taken standing up, at the door or in the back row. You mark people present or absent, search by name and, at the end, mark everyone still unmarked in one go.
- Mark everyone still unmarked present in one go, or the members absent, with a confirmation
- Absent only leaves you with the people to call afterwards
- Only people you lead: each leader marks their own people without going through the whole list
- The Avatars view shows faces, so you can recognize everyone
Nobody who walks in gets lost on a scrap of paper
With the Visitors' QR, anyone who walks in scans a code, leaves their name and phone number, and becomes a contact, marked present. No account, no password, in your church’s language.
- Each visitor is placed in the care of whoever you choose for the follow-up
- Add a contact creates a newcomer’s record on the spot
- The Quick count saves how many adults, children and visitors were there
- From the Growth Plan, if nobody contacts a visitor in time, Care tells you
Every meeting, against earlier ones
Once a meeting’s attendance has been taken, its panel compares it with the average of the last meetings of the same type. And each person’s record shows how they’ve been coming: when they last came, their absences in a row and the last year, day by day.
- The Attendance tab on every member’s and every contact’s record
- The Last attendance and Last follow-up columns in the member list
- The Not attended filter: who hasn’t come in 14, 30, 60 or 90 days
- Only what’s marked counts: unmarked is not an absence
From the first meeting to knowing who’s been coming and who hasn’t
Create the meeting types
And decide which ones count toward each person’s attendance.
Take attendance
From your phone, while the list is open. Your church decides when it opens and when it closes.
Add the visitors
With the Visitors' QR or with Add a contact.
Follow each person’s attendance
On their record, in the member list and in Care.
Attendance tracking is free, on every plan
Starting with the Growth Plan, you can also read attendance over time, in Reports.

From the Growth Plan

About attendance tracking
Open the meeting and select Take attendance. You mark each person present or absent with one tap, from your phone or computer, and every mark is saved instantly. At the end, you mark everyone still unmarked in one go.
No. Inperia only counts what was marked: unmarked is not an absence. That’s why the list lets you finish with one mark at once: everyone still unmarked present, or the unmarked members absent.
Your church decides, with meeting types: the service or the youth meeting can count, and a rehearsal doesn’t. A meeting with no type counts if it’s for the whole church, and cell group encounters always count.
With the Visitors' QR, anyone who walks in scans a code, leaves their name and phone number, and becomes a contact, marked present. You can also create their record on the spot with Add a contact, or count everyone with the Quick count.
Yes. In Settings, under Notices and deadlines, your church decides how early the list opens, up to three hours before, how late it closes, up to seven days after, and when to notify whoever leads the meeting if nobody has taken it.
Nothing. Taking attendance, meeting types, the quick count, the Visitors' QR and each person’s attendance are on every plan, including the Starter Plan, which is free, with no time limit.
