Plans and billing
Each church has a single plan, and it starts on the Starter Plan: free and with no time limit. When your church grows, you change plans from Account › Billing.

Everything else (members, ladder, roles and permissions, contacts, meetings with attendance, meeting types, quick count, the visitors’ QR, each person’s attendance, follow-ups, calendar, tags and fields, importing, and the location on the map of your church, its houses and its places, with Get directions and the city filter) is on every plan. Prices are on the pricing page.
Everyone who isn’t archived counts toward the member limit, whether active or inactive, along with pending owner invitations. Archiving someone frees their spot.
Change plans
Section titled “Change plans”In Account › Billing, under Plan & subscription, choose the plan and the billing cycle, Monthly or Yearly. The yearly plan costs the same as ten months.
- Upgrading applies right away. Depending on your payment method, the prorated difference is charged today or the new amount applies from your next charge.
- Downgrading to a cheaper plan is scheduled: you stay on your current plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and from that date you move to the new one.
- Cancel subscription stops the renewal: you keep the plan until the end of the paid period, and then the church moves to the Starter Plan.
To pay for a plan you have to accept the Terms and Conditions, including automatic renewal. Payment is processed on a secure payment platform, in the currency that matches your church’s country: Argentine pesos in Argentina and US dollars everywhere else.
Renewal and failed payments
Section titled “Renewal and failed payments”Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period. If your plan’s price goes up, the owners get a notice by email before the renewal.
If a payment fails, the church keeps its plan for 14 days and the app shows a notice to Update payment. If it isn’t resolved within that time, the church moves to the Starter Plan; once the payment method is updated, the plan is reactivated.
If you go over a plan’s limit
Section titled “If you go over a plan’s limit”Nothing is erased when you downgrade. If the church ends up over a limit (more members than the plan allows, for example), you can still see and edit everything, but you can’t create, restore, import or convert people until you’re back within the limit. Cell groups keep their data, but with more active or paused cell groups than the plan includes none of them meets until you close the extra ones (see how many cell groups your plan includes). The rungs’ custom appearance comes back when you upgrade.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”The Invoices tab keeps a receipt for each payment, with its number, ready to Print. They’re payment receipts, not tax invoices.
Who manages billing
Section titled “Who manages billing”By default, the owners. An owner can give someone else the View subscription, plan, usage and invoices and Change or cancel the subscription plan permissions through a custom role.
