Use the calendar
Calendar brings together in one place everything you have scheduled in Inperia: meetings, cell group encounters and pastoral follow-ups.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”In the calendar, each person sees what they can see in the rest of the app. That’s why the calendar doesn’t have a permission of its own: it opens if you can read at least one of its sources.
- Meetings: the church meetings you can see.
- Encounters: those of the cell groups within your reach.
- Follow-ups: the pastoral one-on-ones you can read, whether scheduled or already recorded.
- Classes: the classes of the Courses groups you can see, and those of the courses you’re taking.
Each source appears at the top with its color and count: tap one to see only that source, and tap it again to see everything. On the right you see the time zone everything is shown in: your church’s, or the one you chose in your profile.
Month, week or agenda
Section titled “Month, week or agenda”- Month: the whole month, with each day’s events.
- Week: the seven days with their times.
- Agenda: a list of what’s coming up, handy on a phone.
- Map: where the month happens, explained below.
Today takes you back to the current day, and the arrows move forward or back.
The month on the map From the Expansion Plan
Section titled “The month on the map ”The Map view shows where the month happens: the place of each meeting and each class, and the house of each encounter, is a point in the colour of what happens there most, with how many things happen there. Tap one to see what and when, open each one and see Get directions.
What has no place on the map is counted below; follow-ups have no place. A place is set when you choose it for a meeting (Where a place is explains how), and a house from its record. On other plans, the view shows a padlock.
An event in your personal calendar
Section titled “An event in your personal calendar”Tapping a meeting opens its details. From there, Add to my calendar downloads a file to add that meeting to your personal calendar once. That file doesn’t update if the meeting changes.
To have all your meetings arrive on their own in Google, Apple or Outlook and stay up to date, subscribe with your personal link: Sync and share explains how.
