The member list
Members is your church’s roll: every person who is part of the congregation, with their rung, their leader, their roles and their tags.
You see the people your role reaches: the owner sees the whole church; a leader usually sees the people in their branch. Roles and permissions explains how this works.
Three views
Section titled “Three views”The buttons at the top right change the view. The view you choose stays in the page address, so you can bookmark it or share it.
- Table: one row per person and one column per detail. With the columns button you choose which ones to show: Name, Email, Phone, Age, Rung, Leader, Baptism, Roles, Tags, Status, Invitation, Last activity, Last attendance and Last follow-up.
- Cards: one card per person, handy on a phone.
- Tree: your church’s leadership tree, with each person under their leader. How the ladder works covers it.
Search, filter and sort
Section titled “Search, filter and sort”- Search members… finds a person by name and, if you can see contact details, also by email or phone.
- The Filters button narrows the list by phone and by email (with or without), city, age, upcoming birthdays, rung, leader (including No leader), baptism, roles, tags, status, invitation, Not attended and No follow-up. The last two find people who stopped coming or whom nobody has walked alongside in a while: Each person’s attendance explains them. Under Unassigned members you choose what the list does with the people who don’t have a leader yet: leave them Mixed in with the rest, put them At the end of the list or keep them Hidden.
- City lists the cities your church has already entered, with how many people there are in each one, and it ignores capital letters and accents: “Córdoba” and “cordoba” are the same. It appears if you can see addresses.
- Columns with arrows sort the table when you select them.
Some details are sensitive and only show with the matching permission: contact details, address, ID document, date of birth, internal notes, roles, history, last activity and attendance. If you don’t have that permission, the column doesn’t appear.
Act on several people at once
Section titled “Act on several people at once”Tick the boxes on the left and the action bar appears with whatever your role lets you do with them:
- Tags: add or remove tags.
- Status: set them to active or inactive.
- Invite: send the app invitation to all of them at once. From the Growth Plan
- Schedule meeting: create a meeting for those people.
- Promote or Demote: move them to another rung.
- Merge: join two records of the same person (with two selected).
- Export and Archive.
You can select up to 200 people at a time; Promote and Demote move up to 50 per operation.
From the list
Section titled “From the list”- New member opens the form to add a person: Add and edit members.
- The three-dot menu leads to Import, Export and Archived: Import and export and Archive, restore and delete.
- Selecting a person opens their record on the right, without leaving the list.
