Support

If something isn’t working the way you expect or you have a question, write to us from the app: it goes straight to the Inperia team and we reply right there. It’s all in Support, at the bottom of the menu.

The Support screen with the list of tickets, their type and status, and the buttons to report a problem or send a request

Many answers are already in these guides, step by step, with screenshots and at any hour. From the app you reach the guide to the screen you are on with the ? next to its title, and every guide from Help Center, in your account menu, at the top of Support and in the welcome. Get to know the dashboard explains it.

For something that isn’t working, on every plan:

  1. Select Report a problem, in Support, in your account menu or in the ? of the screen where it happened.

  2. Tell us what went wrong: what you were doing, what you expected and what happened.

  3. If it helps, attach screenshots: up to 5, in JPG, PNG or WebP.

  4. Send the report.

So we can see the problem the way it happened to you, Inperia adds to the report the screen you were on, your device, the window size, the language, the time zone and the app version, along with your name, your email and your church. You can see all of it before you send it, under What your report sends. There’s a daily limit on reports: if you reach it, you can send another one later.

Send a request From the Growth Plan

Section titled “Send a request ”

For questions about how to use Inperia, open a Request. Requests are included in the Growth and Expansion plans; on Expansion they’re handled with priority.

Each report or request is a ticket, with its own conversation. Its status tells you where it stands:

  • Open and In progress: we’re looking into it.
  • Waiting on client: we need something from you.
  • Resolved and Closed: it’s done. A closed ticket no longer accepts replies; if the problem happens again, open a new one.

We let you know in the app and by email when we reply to or resolve a ticket.

Sometimes, to solve a problem, the Inperia team needs to see your account the way you see it. The team never gets in without permission:

  1. The team sends a request, usually linked to one of your tickets. You see it in Account › Support Access, under Pending requests.

  2. An owner reviews who’s asking, why and for how long. Then they select Approve, confirming their identity, or Reject.

  3. While the access lasts, the app shows a permanent notice with its expiry. You can Revoke the access at any time.

An access lasts at most 24 hours. It can be read only (to view) or read and write (to view and make changes), and everything done during it is logged. Some actions can never be done through support access, such as deleting a person for good or merging records.

In exceptional cases that need investigation, the team can open an access without prior approval. At that moment, the owner gets a notice and sees the access under Active access, marked as Investigation. They can revoke it there. Once it ends, the access moves to History.
